Destruction of Medical Records

  Records of inactive patients who have not been seen over 7 years may be destroyed unless the patient is under the age of 23 years.  Records for patients under the age of 23 years will be retained until patient is 23 years old.   Records of active patients will not be destroyed.  If there are any questions, please contact the office staff at 702.719.6003.
